You will find helpful staff from across the University who are ready to answer your questions and support you during the start of your new university adventure.
Whether you need advice, directions or just a friendly face – we're here to help you settle in. Plus, enjoy our social spaces and chat with student ambassadors.
From Monday 14 to Monday 21 September, we'll be in the Rolle Marquee, and from Tuesday 22 to Friday 25 September, we'll be outside the Library entrance on the SU roof (weather permitting). Visit us and say hello!

Rolle Marquee opening hours
- Week 1 – Rolle Marquee: Monday 14 – Sunday 20 September, 10:00–15:00 daily
- Week 2 – Rolle Marquee: Monday 21 September, 10:00–15:00 ‘Here to help’ desk
- SU Roof (outside library): Tuesday 22 – Friday, 25 September, 10:00–15:00 ‘Here to help’ desk/gazebo
Outside of these hours, you can visit or contact the Student Hub, located in the Charles Seale-Hayne Library (open 08:30–17:00 from Monday to Thursday and 09:30–16:30 on Fridays);
